DIFFRACTION OF X-RAY - LAUE SPOT - LAUE METHOD
The wavelength of X-Ray is in the order of 1 Angstrom ordinary grating which have 6000 line per inch cm cannot produce diffraction pattern of X-Ray. There in the case of X-Ray instead of ordinary grating, Crystal Grating are used. Hence a crystal grating is a three dimensional space grating when a narrow beam of X-Ray is allowed to pass through a crystal. The X-Rays are diffracted in different direction and form a symmetrical pattern of spot on a Photographic plate.
LAUE EXPERIMENT
When X-Ray passing through crystal of ZNS or NaCl, the transmitted beam form a diffraction pattern on the photographic plate. IF this photographic plate is ...........
